Better Ideas, Faster—Together: The Simple Framework Behind Productive Meetings
Better Ways of Working
Have you ever left a Zoom call wondering what just happened?
You heard some good points.
You talked through the problem.
But you didn’t walk away with direction, clarity, or ownership.
It’s not that your team isn’t smart.
It’s that most meetings don’t have the structure to turn thinking into action.
That’s why I created a simple framework called:
Frame + Flow + Follow Through™
In under 10 minutes of prep, this method helps you lead meetings that go from fuzzy to focused—without needing to be a pro facilitator.
Let me break it down:
🔹 FRAME – Set the purpose
Before the meeting starts, define one clear outcome.
Not a list of topics. Not a vague hope. A single, specific goal.
Example: “Decide on a Q3 launch target.”
Example: “Identify top 3 blockers to team velocity.”
With AI: Ask ChatGPT, “Help me turn this problem into a clear meeting goal…”
🔹 FLOW – Design the experience
People don’t want to be talked at. They want to engage.
Use collaborative techniques that unlock contribution from everyone—without putting anyone on the spot.
Try “1-2-4-All” or “What, So What, Now What”
Or ask: “What’s one idea we haven’t considered yet?”
With AI: Prompt it to generate a facilitation plan in your style
🔹 FOLLOW THROUGH – End with clarity
Even the best discussion falls flat if nobody takes action.
Use the final minutes to confirm ownership and next steps.
Ask: “Who’s doing what by when?”
Write it down and send it out
Bonus: Ask ChatGPT to summarize the actions in an email draft
💥 What Happens When You Use This?
Your team feels focused, not fatigued
Ideas come faster, because there’s a clear path
And most importantly: you’re not doing all the heavy lifting alone
This isn’t just about meetings.
It’s about better collaboration—faster thinking, clearer outcomes, and momentum you can feel.
